Jewelry Care Instructions

How to care for a crystal bracelet

Most crystal bracelets are made with 14K gold-plated metal parts, and the best way to care for them is to keep them as dry as possible.

After washing your hands, gently pat them dry. If you are not wearing them, please make sure they are dry before storing them in a resealable bag.

It is not recommended to wear them while showering, as the chemicals in the detergent can easily cause the metal to oxidize.

Try to avoid wearing them when swimming or soaking in hot springs!

How to clean a crystal bracelet

After crystal is drilled, there will be natural gaps. Over time, sweat, dirt, or soap scum from chemicals will accumulate on these gaps.

It's normal for the edges of the crystal and the elastic lines to be black.

We recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush or a toothbrush to gently scrub the toothbrush. Remember to pat it dry after washing and keep it clean!

Can the threads on a crystal bracelet be replaced?

Made with high-quality Japanese elastic thread, it is not easily broken under normal use.

If there is a non-human-caused disconnection, you can contact customer service for assistance within the seven-day warranty period.

If the elastic threads become dirty or worn due to prolonged wear and require replacement, we offer a thread replacement service for an additional fee. ❤

Which wrist should you wear a crystal bracelet on?

It is generally believed that energy enters from the left and exits from the right, so it is recommended to wear absorbent crystals on the left hand (such as green phantom quartz, citrine, and other wealth-attracting crystals).

For purging crystals, it is recommended to wear them on the right hand (e.g., black rutilated quartz, silver obsidian, etc., which help to eliminate negative energy).

If you are not very sensitive to energy, it is recommended that you wear it according to your habits and convenience!

How to purify crystals

Because crystals are exposed to external magnetic fields and negative energy over a long period of time, they are generally considered to need to be cleansed and recharged regularly.

The following are simple purification methods:

▸Sunbathing method

Place it on a windowsill or in a sunny spot, allowing it to receive sunlight for at least an hour.

▸Moonlight method

Place the crystal in a location exposed to moonlight overnight. This moonlight method is a gentle purification technique suitable for all crystals.

▸Flowing Water Method

Place the crystal under running water for more than one minute ( from a tap or spring water, etc. ) .

▸Original Ore ( Cluster ) Method

Place the crystal in a crystal cluster or demagnetizing stone to create a purifying effect through magnetic field resonance.

Demagnetizing crystals is usually recommended once a month by placing them in crushed stones for at least 12 hours.

(Various crystal demagnetizing stones are also available for purchase in the store; feel free to add them to your cart!)

▸Aromatherapy

The smoke from burning white sage has a purifying effect; you can purify your crystal by circling it several times in the smoke after it has burned.

A little reminder ✨

Natural crystals each have their own well-known benefits. However, we suggest that the selection and wearing of crystals should primarily be based on personal affinity and destiny.

Don't rely too much on its energy; wear it with love and confidence, and adjust your mood and mindset to maximize its positive effects.

Possible factors causing silver jewelry to turn black

Air contact: When sulfur combines with silver, it forms a black silver sulfide film on the surface of silver jewelry.
Cosmetics: Oxides in cosmetics, including sulfur, can react with silver jewelry and corrode it.
Sweat: People's sweat is different. Some people's sweat contains more acid, while others' sweat contains more sulfur. That's why some people's silver jewelry turns black soon after wearing it, while others can wear it for three to five years and it still looks new.

▷ How to care for 925 silver jewelry

You can add baking soda to the water to clean and wipe it.
Wipe with silver polishing cloth, silver polishing cream, or other similar products.
Scrub the jewelry with toothpaste, then rinse with water and dry.
Soak the silver in silver cleaning solution, then rinse with clean water, wipe dry, and keep dry.

▸ The silver polishing cloth contains silver-protecting ingredients; please do not wash it with water to avoid reducing its effectiveness.
If a silver polishing cloth can restore 80% of the jewelry's shine, there is no need to use silver polishing cream or silver cleaning solution.
Cleaning products are corrosive to some extent, and excessive use can cause silver to turn yellow.

Possible factors of stainless steel deterioration

Stainless steel ornaments are generally not prone to deterioration or oxidation! They only require some basic maintenance.

After rinsing with warm water, gently wipe clean with a soft cotton cloth or chamois cloth.
Store them in jewelry boxes to avoid friction and scratches.
Rose gold-plated steel jewelry may show color variations over time due to the fading of the electroplating layer, returning to the original steel color – this is normal. However, even with fading, the steel jewelry retains its hypoallergenic, non-deformable, and non-oxidizing properties.
